Incompressibility

The rubber in polymer materials has the disadvantage that all synthetic rubber materials can only be used in a relatively narrow temperature range in terms of temperature resistance. It is therefore important that the formulation of the material is carefully selected according to the temperature required for the application.

 

Durability
Many of the newer synthetic materials are characterised by a longer service life than older models due to the use of new additives which further extend the service life. In this regard, the correct choice of synthetic material formulations is very important, all rubber-based synthetic materials will occur stress relaxation phenomenon, in the process of use, due to chemical changes within the synthetic material, the initial sealing function will gradually decline, and when the sealing performance is lower than the compression limit, leakage will inevitably occur.
