Specific steps are as follows:
1. Close all the import and export valves of the plate heat exchanger, put off the fluid in the heat exchanger.
2. For the floor-type plate heat exchanger can be disassembled from the system, and then replace the self-provided loading and unloading with lengthening bolts, and then uniformly loosen the clamping bolts, disassembled equipment for cleaning.
3. For frame-type plate heat exchanger can be disassembled from the system, directly and evenly loosen the clamping bolts and remove, move the movable compression plate to one end of the bracket, tilt the upper end of the heat transfer plate to the direction of the movable compression plate, and then remove it from the upper guide bar hanging mouth, and make the lower end of the heat transfer plate sheet also detached from the lower guide bar, and then remove the heat transfer plate sheet can be.
4. Scrub the heat transfer plate piece can only use copper wire brush or fibre brush scrubbing, do not use steel wire brush scrubbing, to avoid damage to the heat transfer plate piece, reduce the corrosion resistance, in the scrubbing should also be careful not to hurt the sealing gasket.
5. The heat transfer plate after scrubbing should be rinsed with water, with a clean cloth or cotton gauze will be wiped clean sealing gasket.
6. The aging of the sealing gasket should be replaced, for the gasket to be bonded with adhesive, bonding method is: the aging of the sealing gasket removed, and then clean the plate groove debris, with the adhesive will be fixed in the new gasket, to keep the straight curing 24 hours after the reassembly and clamping to the L size.
7. If the plate heat exchanger is not used for a long time, the bolts should be loosened to the size of 1.1-1.2L, and then clamped according to the requirements when used.
8. Plate heat exchanger often run, in the signal hole if found in the medium outflow, should be analysed, if the bolt is loose or due to long-term heat exchange and elongation, according to the requirements of the re-clamping, but shall not be too tight, so as not to crush the heat transfer plate piece, if the sealing gasket aging should be replaced.
