Second, gas pressure test
(1) The gas used in the test is dry and clean air, nitrogen or other non-flammable and non-toxic gas;
(2) It is strictly prohibited to make the test temperature close to the brittle transition temperature of the metal;
(3) The test is equipped with an overpressure relief device, the set pressure shall not be higher than 1.1 times the test pressure or test pressure plus 0.34MPa (whichever is lower)
(4)Bear internal pressure steel pipe and non-ferrous metal pipeline test pressure for the design pressure of 1.15 times;
(5) Test gas must be used before the test pre-test, the test pressure of 0.2MPa;
(6) Test, should gradually and slowly increase the pressure, when the pressure rises to 50% of the test pressure, such as not found abnormal or leakage phenomenon, continue to test pressure by 10% step by step pressure until the test pressure, and then the pressure will be lowered to the design pressure for inspection to the foam test does not leakage as qualified, the test is strictly prohibited in the process of tightening bolts with pressure.
Third, the leakage test
Leakage test should meet the following requirements:
Transportation of extremely hazardous, highly hazardous fluids and combustible fluids pipeline should be leakage test
(1) Test in the pressure test after passing, the test medium should be used air, but also in accordance with the provisions of the design documents or relevant standards, the use of halogen, ammonia or other sensitive gases for lower test pressure sensitivity leakage test;

(3) Leakage test, the pressure rises slowly step by step, when the test pressure, and stop the pressure after 10min, with the method of brushing neutral blowing agent, tour check all the sealing points, in order not to leakage is qualified.
