Ⅲ, check whether there are cracks or holes in the plate itself.
2. Leakage of medium between plates
Ⅰ, check whether the rubber strip is loose, misplaced or broken.
Ⅱ, check the leakage of the plate, check the assembly size of the plate against the drawings to see whether the plate or rubber strip may be damaged due to over-tightening of the assembly or whether the leakage occurs only due to insufficient tightening of the assembly.
Ⅲ, check whether the suspension notch at both ends of the plate is deformed, the deformation of the notch will cause misalignment between the plates.
Ⅳ, pay attention to the plate piece hanging correctly or not.
Ⅴ, check whether there are holes in the plate piece
3. the hot and cold medium occurs mixed liquid
Ⅰ, check the heat exchanger on the piping interface position is correct.
Ⅱ, one side of the lower interface open, raise the pressure of the other side, observe the open interface, see whether there is a heated measured medium seepage, if so, determine the location. If there is no seepage, then you can look for other aspects of the cause of confusion between the media occurred.
Ⅲ, if there is leakage, note what position the leakage occurs in the plate, and then open the heat exchanger.
Ⅳ, before checking the plate, first check whether the corner area of the rubber strip and the rubber sleeve at the interface is clean and whether its leakage holes are open. This ensures that any leakage can be discharged to the atmosphere, so it will not constitute a pressure so that the medium from the rubber seal into another medium.
