Plate heat exchangers in thermal power plants are indispensable equipment. However, prolonged operation can cause scaling and sediment build-up inside the heat exchanger, which seriously affects its heat exchange performance. In order to restore the heat transfer performance, plate heat exchangers need to be cleaned regularly. Cleaning methods are mainly physical cleaning and chemical cleaning. Whichever way, the heat exchanger needs to be disassembled, take out the next piece of heat exchanger piece.
So, how to disassemble, cleaning and back to install it?
, first of all, make sure that the isolation measures are perfect and the work ticket has been issued. Remove the four flange bolts connecting the plate heat exchanger and drain the internal residual water.
, clean the long screw of the plate heat exchanger, you can apply lubricant or spray the right amount of loosening agent, easy to loosen the nut.
,Draw a diagonal line on the outer surface (side) of the plate heat exchanger, so that it is easy to check it when it is installed back to avoid wrong installation.
,Measure the distance between the two plates, more than one position measurement, record the measured distance, replace with A
,According to the diagonal order, alternately loosen the long bolts to a distance of 1.05 times A. Be careful not to take off the bolts too early. Repeat this step until the bolt is completely loosened.
,Cleaning session: physical cleaning - brushing, high-pressure water gun rinse; chemical cleaning - oxalic acid soaking, brushing, rinsing clean.
,Return to the installation session: according to the reverse order of the disassembly session.
,Cross into the heat exchanger plate to ensure correct assembly. In the process of reassembly, each piece of heat exchanger plate should check the position of rubber gasket to ensure that the gasket is in the specified position and the socket pin is accurate.
, alternately tighten the diagonal bolts, so that the distance between the two plates to 1.1 times A.
,Continue to tighten the bolts alternately until the distance between the two plates is restored to A or slightly less than A.
, and finally check the flange gasket to ensure uniform diagonal tightening. Follow the above steps, you can successfully complete the plate heat exchanger disassembly, cleaning and reassembly.
