APV Q series gasket are composed by Energy saving and deep groopth gaskets. there are D and E behind the types.
These series of start gaskets are machined from a single molding gasket, but most are remachined during field installation.
The Q series has three models: Q030, Q055 and Q080. APV start plate gasket is based on Q055, Q055 can be installed directly. Q030 to cut off a section as shown in the picture; Q080 as shown in the picture cut and add a section (specially made a section of sealing strip oh) and the job is done.
