1. Heat insulation materials can be used for winding, especially the thick winding of the water supply facilities in the shade, including the inlet and outlet water pipes and valves of the water tank should be thickened.
2. For water meters installed outdoors or in wells, remove the accumulated water in the well, keep it in a dry state, and fill the edge of the water meter with sand.
3. Outdoor water pipes should also be wrapped with thermal insulation materials, and wrapped tightly, kept dry and not wet, and finally put a plastic bag for secondary protection.
4. If the water pipe has been frozen, you can open the valve, use a hot towel to keep it warm, and then slowly defrost it with warm water along the faucet toward the water pipe. Do not use tools to violently open the water pipe. If the warm water reaches the water meter and there is no running water, it means that the water meter is also frozen. Use the above method to thaw it, cover it with a hot towel and pour it with warm water.
5. Protective measures can be taken on the water side, and the water inlet pipe can be installed with a filter (1mm impurities can be filtered). Or install a temperature sensor at the water inlet and outlet, and set the temperature in the inlet and outlet pipes respectively. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the compressor stops.
6. The pressure difference sensor or flow switch can also be set in the inlet and outlet pipelines, and the machine will stop if it does not reach the set value.
7. At present, a new type of anti-freezing method is very useful, increasing the temperature of the plate heat exchanger medium, pre-heating the fresh air, usually using steam heating or electric heating. It is also possible to use the secondary energy utilization method to increase the temperature, which may cause frosting of the heat exchanger and thus ice blockage.
