Mar 11, 2021

PHE gasket Material introduction
1. Nitrile rubber (NBR)gasket
Operating temperature -35℃~110℃, suitable for high temperature hot water and steam, ketones, alcohols, weak acids, weak bases, non-petroleum-based greases, propane, butane petroleum, animal and vegetable oils, light thermal oils, etc.
2. High temperature nitrile rubber (also called hydrogenated nitrile, HNBR)
The operating temperature is -35℃~150℃, and its thermal stability and oxygen stability are better than that of general nitrile rubber. It is mainly used for refrigerant R134A and media with higher temperature requirements.
3. EPDM gasket for plate heat exchanger
The operating temperature is -40℃~150℃, suitable for high temperature hot water and steam, ketones, alcohols, weak acids, weak bases, non-petroleum-based greases, polar organic media, etc.
4. High temperature EPDM (HEPDM) gasket for plate and frame heat exchanger
Operating temperature -40℃~160℃, short-term use can reach 180℃, suitable for high temperature hot water and steam, ketone, alcohol, weak acid, weak alkali, non-petroleum base grease
5. Fluorine rubber (general name of fluorine rubber, FKM) gasket with plate
Operating temperature: -10℃~250℃, suitable for various organic solvents and chemicals, such as: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, benzene, methyl formate, chlorobenzene, benzaldehyde, etc.
6. Silicone rubber (S)gasket for plate
Applicable temperature -65℃~200℃, suitable for mineral oil and glycol brake fluid
7. Food grade nitrile, EPDM, silicone rubber, etc.
Meet the requirements of food grade GB 4806.1-94, and other properties are consistent with similar materials
8. Materials used in specific industries and specific working conditions
Chlorohydrin rubber: air-conditioning and refrigeration industry, resistant to refrigerant Freon
Four propylene fluorine: chemical industry, the temperature is below 230 ℃ mixed with acid and alkali steam or phosphate ester hydraulic oil and other highly corrosive
Special fluorine rubber: oil industry, fatty acid resistance
