2, plate heat exchanger installation links, should be in the heat exchanger before and after the left and right sides of the empty a certain amount of indoor space to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.
3, before installation, check the pipeline of hot and cold material import and export is not consistent with the plate heat exchanger on the docking, in the import and export parts is best to install the temperature table and air pressure table, to facilitate timely observation of the temperature of the material, working pressure conditions.
4, the heat exchanger can not be higher than the factory nameplate requirements of the standard operation, for the heat exchanger clamping specifications and its heat transfer medium ambient temperature and working pressure to carry out a view and analysis, to avoid the heat exchanger found abnormal operating conditions.
5. If the heat transfer material is turbid or has solid particles, a filtration system needs to be installed at the material pathway pipeline;
6, before the start of operation, the plate heat exchanger pipeline should be unclogged and tidy to prevent welding scars or sand and gravel into the heat exchanger, resulting in blockage and damage to the heat exchanger, endangering the actual effect of heat transfer and the use of term;
7、If the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the pump exceeds the pressure of the heat exchanger, a regulator and valve should be installed at the inlet of the heat exchanger.
