How to operate
The plate heat exchanger runs in parallel with the chiller plant and both are equipped with independent chilled water pumps and chilled water pumps. The chilled water circulates through the chiller tower, chilled water pump and plate heat exchanger, exchanging heat and reducing the temperature in the engine compartment. If the chilled water supply temperature meets the requirements, the plate heat exchanger replaces the chiller and provides natural cooling. However, if the chilled water supply temperature does not allow cooling to the required temperature, the chiller is used for direct cooling.
