2. Lifting
Before hoisting the heat exchanger, we must use the correct way to carry it. When hoisting, we must take protective measures for the heat exchanger to avoid collisions and falling incidents.3. Installation
The heat exchangers delivered by the manufacturer are generally the whole machine, and the plate changer that arrives on site can be directly installed and used.
The foundation of the installation is mainly for the horizontal installation of the heat exchanger to facilitate the connection of pipelines and facilitate future repair and maintenance. Therefore, the installation of the foundation is based on the on-site assessment. When leaving the factory, the heat exchanger will be equipped with three feet, and An installation dimension drawing is prepared for the user when packing the box. The user can make embedded parts in the foundation according to the actual object and the installation dimension drawing, and tighten the anchor bolts during installation to avoid vibration during startup, which may affect the performance of the heat exchanger and cause damage. During installation, no external force is allowed to be applied to the heat exchanger, so as not to deform the heat exchanger and affect normal operation.
When connecting the piping, the user must first pay special attention to the connection position of the hot and cold side inlet and outlet piping. When designing and selecting the heat exchanger, the design parameter table indicates the inlet and outlet of the hot and cold media, and the installer needs to confirm each The function of piping can be used for connection work. Before piping is connected, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is any hard debris in the flow channel to avoid blocking the flow channel or reducing heat exchange efficiency during operation.
