Plate heat exchanger production before the preparation
1, The equipment should be used before checking whether the clamping bolt is loose, whether in accordance with the instructions should be tightened to the size, to ensure that all the bolts are uniform.
2, Before use in accordance with 1.3 times the actual operating pressure were water pressure test, holding pressure for thirty minutes without leakage before going into operation.
3, In the piping system should be equipped with a bleeder valve, open the equipment should be discharged after the air to prevent air stays in the equipment, reducing the heat transfer effect.
4, Hot and cold media import and export piping installation, should be strictly in accordance with the factory nameplate specified direction of connection, otherwise it will affect the performance of the equipment.
Plate heat exchanger operating procedures
1、Start running operation, must be the first to open the hot and cold media outlet valve, and then slowly open the valve of the cold side of the inlet, and then open the hot side of the inlet valve. If the pressure of the two media is not the same, you should slowly open the low-pressure side of the valve, and then slowly open the high-pressure side of the valve.
2、When stopping the operation, the fluid on the high pressure side should be cut off slowly first, and then cut off the fluid on the low pressure side, please note that this will greatly help the service life of the equipment.
3、Equipment should be operated under the working temperature and pressure range specified in this product. Over-temperature and over-pressure may damage the sealing performance and cause leakage. It is prohibited to operate with violent impact.
