When the cooling medium is water, the pH value is maintained at 6.5-8.0, the chloride ion content is less than 50mg/L (plate material 304), the chloride ion content is less than 250mg/L (plate material 316L). When there are too many impurities in the water, a 40 micron Pre-filter needs to be installed. When water with high hardness is used at high temperature, the tendency of scaling is very high, and regular cleaning is required. First, prepare a 5% oxalic acid solution, pump it into the heat exchanger from the interface, and increase the flow rate to 2 times the normal value, from bottom to top, from top to bottom, each for 15-30 minutes; after cleaning is completed, use 1% -2% sodium hydroxide NaOH solution, pour into the heat exchanger to ensure that all oxalic acid is neutralized; finally, use clean soft water to carefully rinse the inner cavity and outer wall of the heat exchanger.
