There are two-stage. Three-stage, multi-stage gasketed plate heat exchanger for milk pasteurization. All the plate and frame are stainless steel 316 or 304 material considering the sterilization environment, the gasket is fda standard.

The working principle of milk pasteurization gasketed plate heat exchanger is a little complicate because there are multi-stage heating and cooling.milk firstly enter into the balance tank, then they will be are sent to the gasketed plate heat exchanger through the centrifugal sanitary pump, and go through the stages of preheating, sterilization, heat preservation, and cooling. As for milk that have not reached the sterilization temperature, the air-operated reflux valve will change direction and return them to the balance tank and process again once. The milk sterilization temperature is automatically controlled and continuously recorded by the instrument control box to monitor and inspect the sterilization process.
This gasketed plate and frame heat exchanger is suitable for pre-sterilization and pasteurization of milk.
