Composition

It is composed of heat exchange plates, sealing rubber gasket, clamping frame, guide rods and tightening bolts. The heat exchange plate is formed by pressing a stainless steel plate. There are 4 flow channel holes on it, the middle part is pressed with different corrugation, and the surrounding is pressed with a sealing groove. A sealing rubber gasket is stuck in the sealing groove. The heat exchange plates are positioned and aligned by two guide rods, and the two clamping plates are compressed by clamping bolts to form a heat exchange flow channel in the inner cavity of the heat exchanger. The directions of the herringbone corrugations of adjacent heat exchange plates are opposite when installed, and the contact points support each other. The herringbone corrugations and these supporting points make the fluid medium flow in its interior to fully form turbulence, which is the main reason for the high heat exchange efficiency of the plate heat exchanger. In addition, the thickness of the heat exchange plate is thinner, the thermal conductivity is small, and the fluid medium flow distribution on both sides of the plate is more balanced, which also makes the heat transfer more sufficient.
