How to check the plate quality

1.Check whether there are scratches, indentations, pits and other defects that exceed the thickness on the surface of the plate.

2. Check for burrs around the board and corner holes, and clean them up in time.

3. For plates used in the food industry, the roughness of the working surface after stamping should not be worse than the original plate.

4. The balance of the base plane in any orientation should not be greater than 3/1000mm. 5. Sampling check the quality of the plates and check for cracks.

5. The thinning of plate forming should not exceed 25% of the original actual plate thickness.

6. The corrugation depth of the plate should not be greater than 0.20mm, and the depth deviation of the gasket groove should not be greater than 0.20mm.
