As for milk that have not reached the sterilization temperature, the air-operated reflux valve will change direction and return them to the balance tank and process again once. The milk sterilization temperature is automatically controlled and continuously recorded by the instrument control box to monitor and inspect the sterilization process.

This gasketed plate and frame heat exchanger is suitable for pre-sterilization and pasteurization of milk.
