1. Pressure bearing capacity: The general working pressure is 1.0MPa, and the plate thickness is 0.5mm. If the pressure exceeds 1.0 MPa but less than 1.6 MPa, a thickness of 0.6 mm should be used.

2. Corrosion ability: Generally, we use oil-water, soda, water and water media, so we will choose 0.5mm to facilitate heat transfer. When the medium contains strong corrosive acids, strong alkalis and other media, 0.6mm or 0.7mm plates will be considered, which can increase the surface coefficient of the hot and cold sides of the plate and delay corrosion.

3. Temperature: This is well understood. You can think of thermal expansion and contraction. With the change of temperature, the plate will also shrink and expand.
